I was very happy with the fast and professional service I got from the entire team at Spectrum!!! My car looks just like it did before this misfortune , my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up !!! I also like the text messages through out the whole process!!! Hopefully I never have to use a collision shop but if I do I have found my new shop so thank you Spectrum !!!

From before we even got there spectrum let us know we were expected. The rental from enterprise was there and waiting for us. The inspection revealed some manufacturer errors that should’ve addressed. We liked the update texts because we knew what was going on and didn’t have to he need to call every day for updates.
