I was initially told it would be a ****.5 week wait to get a loaner car and get my car in. It actually took about about a month. I’d expect a bit more accuracy on estimates for that. My car looks great but I’m wondering if it needs an alignment. It pulls to the left when driving. Everyone was very nice and friendly and great to work with. I appreciated the updates on progress once my car was in the shop and was happily surprised when it was done 5 days earlier than expected.
