Everyone was very professional. Sonny was wuick, thorough, and pleasant. They provided me with a daily update on the status of the repairs. They have great customer service and made it seem less for me from dropping my car off to getting my rental car to picking up my car. I'm very pleased with their work. Thank you.

In addtion to the satisfactory repair job , NOVA Collision provided me with the best possible customer service. They were able generate an estimate for my insurance, and take my vehicle in for repairs on the same day I called to schedule the initial appointment.
All of their staff was profession and courteous, and they didn’t mind answering any additional questions I had. It is also super convient that the Enterprise location is onsite with Nova Collison. This makes the repair process super streamlined and easy.
I definantly plan to return to Nova Collison for other repair jobs and general services after my expiernce with them.
