The service exceeded my expectations. Niousha went above and beyond anytime I needed something. She doesn’t take no for an answer and that in its self is amazing excellent service. She had a smile on her face everyone I walked in and even stayed late for to pick up my car on Thursday. Terrence (I believe that is his name) was also very friendly. He walked to my car, opened the door for me, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the repair. Alan called several times to keep me in the loop and that was awesome! Overall things went great.

Everyone at Collision center was friendly. They provided good customer support by being ready answer the questions I asked and showing interest in wanting to solve my complains. They installed a new the model logo (emblem) on my car that had come off, and most of all, I was given a pleasant ride to my car rental location.

It took way to long for the repairs. This should have been a one week job. They kept on blaming the insurance company. But my rental car cost me 1064.00. I hope that the insurance will pay for it. I am pleased with how good the paint job matches the rest of the vehicle. It looks like a brand new car.

As soon as we drove off it has some clicking noise and then my car kept shaking and then it died. When turning it back on, if it would stay on and shake a lot, the moment I put it in drive it would die again. Otherwise it wouldn't even last 2 seconds staying on. Had to get it towed back to the shop and am back in a rental. I don't know what they did with it, but it wasn't fully repaired. I hope when I am told it's done again that it will truly be fixed and not constant issues.
