Extremely pleased with customer service. My repairs were completed in a timely manner. The car was cleaned inside and out, everyone was genuinely nice and cared. I will take any future repairs to Bakers, and definitely recommend.

Communication - spot on! Customer Service & staff - spot on! Love the convenience with Enterprise too! The one area I was/am surprised, and ill be honest SHOCKED - at the **** reputation - but other than the panels worked on, my truck was dirty, and the footprints & dust inside was disappointing. Not earth shattering, but just not the level of customer excellence I expected with the **** name. The "job" was perfect! and I am happy. This is just my honest feedback!

After receiving confirmation from Bakers that my repairs were complete, I drove my car off your lot and immediately noticed a problem. There was a scraping/rubbing noise which was coming from the front passenger side brake. I then returned the car with a note describing the problem.
