I am completely satisfied with the REPAIR WORK that was done. Unfortunately, it took 3 days longer than I was originally told. A small price to pay for the high quality of work that was done, so I'm not even slightly upset. So, even though I am completely satisfied with the repair work, the delay kept me from being COMPLETELY satisfied with the OVERALL experience.

My wife picked up her car on February 6th and the mechanical issues still exist.
