The people making arrangements and flexibility was great. The paintwork on the car is OK. Not perfect but ok. My reason for saying I am not totally satisfied though is the left side rear brake light does not work now. It di when the car went in and I presume the light was removed. So I now need to look at it and get in working again.

As far as my car repairs go, they did a great job. The only area of dissatisfaction was related to the amount of time it took to do it and the communication related to that. Up front, I was told it would be a 5 day repair job. On the 5th day, I reached out to them to see if my car was done only to find out it would be early the following week. So the following week, I reached out to them again to find out what was going on only to find out again there was another issue and it would be later in the week. It ended up taking 10 days instead of 5. I am an understanding person and I acknowledge the fact that there were a couple of unexpected things that occurred, would have not even been an issue if someone would have kept me in the loop with what was going on instead of me having to constantly check in.
