When I dropped off the vehicle for repair of rear bumper they were ready to address my problem. I did not have to wait. I liked that the insurance adjuster as well as Toyota adjuster and representative were there as well as the Enterprise car rental representative were all the ready and able to assist me. The process took less than 10 minutes. I got the courtesy van to take me home. Repair service took longer than they said but when I finally picked up the vehicle the job was so great that I thought it was a different new vehicle. I was all smiles and thankful. All employees including the courtesy van driver were very nice and friendly. Thank you Toyota collision department.
