As much as I was so upset about having to bring my car in to be fixed again, the staff at National were extremely professional and helpful in their dealings with me. They were very upbeat and made me feel better about things. They pretty much know me by my first name because I've been there for service a number of times with my old Toyota Camry LE AND NOW MY 2015 Camry SE. The work they did on the SE was flawless and made my car look like new again. Your lovely front desk lady was great and Fred Deschamp kept me posted daily. Thank you so much! Fantastic staff and the work they did was above and beyond, as I have come to expect from National. Fred is my go to guy in these situations. I met the repairman who did the actual work on my car, he showed me the repairs he was doing and assured me the car would look like new again and it does. I am very satisfied and will definitely refer friends and family to National.

My car smelled of oil or possibly grease?
That was my only complaint. Otherwise my bumper looked great, car was clean, receptionist went over an itemized list of what was replaced on my vehicle and Fred the estimator went out and reassured me of the lifetime warranty and that my vehicle was in great shape and back to normal
