It was so convenient to be able to get an estimate of the cost of the repair online by sending in a picture. Once I dropped off my vehicle it was so helpful to get a weekly update on the status of the repair. It helped me plan for the length of my rental car and pickup after the work was done. My vehicle came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I loved that they detailed it before returning it to me. Overall I am very impressed with the service and outcome of Cascade Collision!!

Tire air pressure sensor wasn’t reading on one tire. When brought up they said they would take it to big o. Said they scanned and didn’t find a signal and then told me they won’t fix it. After getting the car the second time all sensors are now not reading. Told repeatedly they weren’t going to do anything about it. Will never come back to you again.

Great job - the repair was fantastic and the car looked great.
However, your mechanic misdiagnosed the problem with the car not starting and it cost me an extra $600 as I had that problem repaired (bank one sensor one replaced) and later found out it was actually a fuel pump replacement needed. So that soured some of the experience.
