Every thing is really good, loved how I was attended in terms of service, and plan on returning, just one small detail is that I asked for wheel caps to be installed but we're fogotten to be out, serviceman should be written it down, other than that I'm really satisfied with the repair.

Upon my arrival I was greeted and attended by the receptionist Perla. She was very courteous,pleasant and supportive. She expedited the necessary paperwork qu8ckli and efficiently. She then introduced ed me to Manny whom I believe we the Shop manager. He walked me through the damage inspection and answered all the questions I had. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease about the repairs and doubts related to the repairs that were going to be performed on my truck. I was updated frequently as to the progress of the repairs through the automated messaging system. I was highly satisfied with the excellent repairs and treatment by Boggus Ford staff.

Initially I was not too happy with final product but the following day Manny corrected the issues. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was extremely courteous and polite.
