Rental car company you have called me at 5:30 pm saying my rental was cancelled when you close at 6pm and I can’t get my car back that same day. I work an hour outside of dallas, so this is a joke right? Getting to dallas in 30 minutes during rush hour? REPLACE THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY AS THEY ARE CRAP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL BRING DOWN YOUR CUSTOMER RATINGS!
Side note: still waiting for my refund from them. Claimed the $50 deposit would be returned, TBD.....
AGAIN, replace the people they have or them in general to a better company.
