Would be nice to have a progress tracker on a webpage or app that people can look to see how their vehicle is coming along and progressing through the repairs. I felt like I was bugging by emailing and calling to get an updated ETA.

From the moment I dropped off the vehicle to the final pick-up, they kept me informed and made the entire process stress-free. Todd was especially helpful, making some final adjustments to the vehicle and making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Owner has a problem with alstate insurance and he would not work with them they did repair vehicle he will tell you what you want to hear and then take 2 and ****/2 months very slow. Bad experience would not recommend them for nothing

Big Spring Collision Center Replied:

“I believe you were adequately informed that we do not work with Allstate Insurance but also preceded with the repairs to your vehicle. I believe shortly after the repairs were completed, you never released payment from the insurance and this vehicle was repossessed by the lienholder.”
