There was money/change taken. The windshield wipers were no working because the nuts were loose and never retightened. I was told my truck would be ready so I dropped the rental a week before my truck was really ready for pick up.

Never updated me on any delays, only when I called to pick up my vehicle would I be informed of such. Then I was told my car was ready and received a phone call that it was not and they had my car mixed up with another car, even though they told me it would be ready that day, late the prior week. Then told me it would take an additional two days. 5 day project turned 18—weather(2 days) and parts related—even though I got it appraised at the facility a week prior and made an arrangement to have it fixed there, with check cut for the allowance to order parts.The work was good, but communication is subpar. I do not care for any follow up contact.

Customer service is great, process was smooth, the repair on my car looks great. However there are some smudges of paint inside my car on the interior. Something to improve on would be text updates of when the car is ready. Texts should also be sent the day of just to confirm that car is ready.
