Very satisfied. I was rear ended, took my car in and they made my whole back end look completely brand new. I had a dent and scrapes from a previous bike rack and they buffed it out and popped the dent out. So nice! I also had some rear lights not work after my car was returned to me, I went back and told them and without question replaced my bulbs in less than 5 min. 5 stars!
