Although the automated emails were of little value in that they were not really specific to our car, the two times I called the shop I got got great support and information from Todd and Jesse and our car was delivered within their original timeframe. Jesse even volunteered to stay late on friday to allow me to get a second driver and pick up our car before the weekend. All in all, a good experience and I wold recommend this shop in Nampa to others.

The estimator did an excellent job assessing the damages to my vehicle. Prior to arriving at Abra, I took my vehicle to a different company in an attempt to settle with the responsible party. After filling with my insurance company I took my vehicle to Abra auto body. The estimator was able to find damage that the other shop missed. If I had settled with the other shop I could have gotten stuck paying for any additional amounts added to the bill. The technicians made the damage areas look brand new. I will bring my vehicle back here for any related issues in the future.
