Taylor was delivering excellent customer service from start to finish. I felt advocated for when it came to dealing with the insurance company. The insurance company was not willing to cover mechanical damage and the Abra team helped give a reasonable rate so I was able to have the work completed and have a safe vehicle to drive. The front desk was also very friendly. Response and work was timely once work was approved. I would come back in the event I ever need body work done in the future.

I has 99% happy but now my steering wheel that adjusts to 2 positions won't work. I am small and need it lowered. Also when I picked up car the light was on for an open door. I had to pull over and found the hatchback was slightly open but I did get it shut. Otherwise the car looks almost better than pre accident. Great job.
