Push pins are missing on the rear hatchback plastic piece and back seat footwell areas were left very dusty and someone left a piece of foam in the rear passenger footwell area. Other than that, everything looks good.

The car was originally returned to me without the full repair being completed. The Adjustor did not contact me at all and made a unilateral decision to waive my deductible by only completing the glass repair. I wasted part of my afternoon coming to pick up my car and clarify that I wanted the full repair completed and would have to come back a second time to finally receive my fully repaired vehicle. The final work was to my satisfaction. The customer service had some small room for improvement. I would recommend to text the work name and address upon request instead of only after paperwork is completed. I had difficulty and inconvenience finding the address of the location until a second call where an employee texted me the information I asked for. Also, I recommend to review the text string during a repair from start to finish to find ways to improve on communication. At one point I asked a specific question where I asked which of two options applied and my response was basically yes. In other words My question was not correctly reviewed nor responded to and required additional correspondence to get a clear answer.
