Everyone was just great. Even though I caused some confusion by not stating clearly all I wanted done, the work was finished quickly. I loved that Dan contacted me by text almost daily to let me know how the repair was progressing. And the finished product...well it looked like a new car! I’m very pleased with the work ABRA has done here at the Springfield branch in Oregon. They have exceeded my expenctations and here is why. My alignment was off before and now it’s fixed after a different shop told me it was unfixable and my bumper is brand new, and I received my damaged bumper and wheel that I requested to keep. I couldn’t be more pleased. They also washed my truck after fixing the big girl all up. They probability had to rent a ladder. I really appreciated their text updates day by day on where they are at in their progress. Thank you guys again. Very helpful.
