We are very pleased with the care Dave took to guide us through the process of our repair. ‘We did not know what we did not know’ and he took the time to listen and answer our questions, not just about the repair itself, but even helped us understand logistics in detail about the process when our own insurance provider proved not as helpful.
We can also say the same about Lorraine in an administrative capacity. She was very pleasant and took great care of us.
The crew that worked on out truck did a timely and excellent job. If there is anything that needs to be addressed, we have the confidence that we can go back to Dave and he will work to make it right.
