The stress of being in an accident is real. To have my car towed to Abra and have such professional and expert people work with me made a bad situation better. Then the communication with updates on the progress were consistent, specific, and kind. This continued the good experience. I got my car back today and it is fixed beautifully; almost as if the whole experience with the wreck hadn’t even happened. A small area on the bottom down from the door was missed. I called and explained what I saw and the response was It wasn’t shown to them so it wasn’t fixed. I didn’t expect an argument but that’s what I got. They missed the mark so it didn’t get fixed, I will not argue about this.
