Enterprise needs to clean up their act. I have used them many times before
With satisfaction but this time was ridiculous! If I wouldnt have had so many appointments (mostly doctor) I would have brought it back an hr later from checkout.

Excellent service and communication from all your office staff beginning with my contacts from Terry and Cora, then with Samantha for her estimate and also again with her for my walk around to view the excellent finished job! And, also with Summer, too. I don't know the names of the staff who actually worked on my car, but their workmanship made my car look brand new again and is a picture of "perfection"! I also appreciated the extra's incl "detailing" with the wash/shine and interior cleaning, too. Plus, they finished earlier than expected. I also appreciated all the "seamless" coordination among all your staff as well as with Enterprise, being on site. Very efficient, effective friendly service all around plus the high quality workmanship and coord with USAA makes me a very satisfied customer! Thanks again!!
