I want to compliment Phillip **** as he was very friendly, spoke clearly, used terms I could understand, and thoroughly explained my Auto Estimate & Repair. He also helped coordinate with State Farm Auto Claim process personal. Advanced Collision did an excellent repair on my Toyota Highlander and restored it to top-of-the line condition. They did a superb job of cleaning my car inside and outside. I am very grateful for the extra precautions the staff took to keep me safe and healthy and prevent the spread of this virus when I was at their shop. I would recommend them highly.

Since getting my truck back I have now noticed there is a wind noise coming from that door somewhere on that section of the door and in the passenger side corner of the window there is fog and condensation build up, I’m assuming from an improper seal somewhere that was not ever there before.

My truck was not aligned properly on the front end. I am working with my insurance company to have someone else finish the repairs to my vehicle. Front end alignment and get the radio working again. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!
