There is a blemish on my car that was not taken care of during the repair. Also no one walked me out to locate my vehicle or go over the repairs that were done. I was very disappointed especially because they were highly recommended by my insurance company.

Although the work done was fine, the car was not well taken care of. Mats were turned over on the wrong side, car was barely vacuumed, and two plastic pieces were somehow broken off and just thrown under the seat. When I called in to share my experience, I didn't get the sense that my complaint was being taken seriously. Telling me that you all don't do full details is a lame excuse. I certainly didn't expect a $200 detail, just a much better job that what was done. I'm not even sure this feedback will be taken seriously.
