I didn't know much about Smittys until I went in to speak to Duwanne about my BMW damage being repaired. He seemed professional and answered me honestly about pricing and stuff. After that my wife was T-Boned in the 2016 kia forte I bought her as a gift. I went to Duwanne again and he took care of it along with Bob and others. Smitty even called me and that wasn't expected but a very nice suprise. He was very kind generous and a pleasure to talk to. 5/9/2018 I took my wife to get her car and she loved it. It was vacumed and cleaned on inside we just wished it was buffed out on the right side because it had some removable dirt and scuff marks when we got it but besides that great work and she's super pumped and happy to have her car back and yes Duwanne said they'll do my BMW still lol. Thanks again Smittys for a great repair job and service.
