The work is good as far as I know. This is the second time I've used you. Both times I got a text saying "we are nearing completion" and then it's still several days before it's actually ready. I don't mind the wait, but when you tell me it's almost done then I find out it's no where near done, it's just a little off putting.
Under promise, over deliver...not the other way around.
