I’m amazed by how smoothly the whole operation functioned. The rental agency was right there on site and you guys billed directly to my insurance company when additional damage was found during the repair. I expected a lot of hassle and it didn’t happen. Also thanks for the drinks and cookies, it’s a nice touch. Repair looked beautiful in the end.

Dan was great. The repair looks great. I did not like gettin emails saying my car
was almost done when in fact parts had not arrived. I found that very irritating. I would have liked to be told
the problem with the availability of the parts before I turned the car in. I could have continued to drive it as was and saved $150 ln car rental expenses.
However I appreciated Dan being honest with me when the car wasn’t teady on the date originally estimated. Ann
