Rodger was very friendly and performed excellent customer service. He kept me updated on everything that was being done and the progess of my truck. My truck looks and drives great. The whole situation I am in is very stressful and Rodger made it go smoothly with getting my truck fixed. Great attitude.. I can tell he enjoys his jobs and loves what he does. My truck was completed 2 days sooner than what was expected which was awesome. Thank you!

I was happy with the end result but the person who was supposed to be helping me the most the farmers insurance guy hardly ever returned my calls after I called him repeatedly and left messages and rarely returned my text messages either. If I called to ask about my vehicle the ONLY PERSON who really helped me was Donna no one else had a clue....... The customer service was terrible except for her.
