I did not receive a call or voicemail the day work was complete. I received a call next day two hours before close that I had to pick up vehicle with no option to pick up next morning. I work in the middle of Austin and fought rush hour traffic to pick up my truck. if making room was a priority how hard would it have been to make another call? Especially next morning?
