Hi, I had called about a bottle of blue liquid that was left on my back seat and leaked all over it. I'm waiting to hear from the shop manager about a detailing service to repair the stain. Other than this, I was happy with the repairs made to my vehicle. Thanks, Lynda

There were a lot of little things that went wrong with this repair, I am not sure where to begin. There was a miscommunication on the truck being ready. I showed up to pick it up and it was not ready. They brought it to my house. I checked the front left fender and noticed a buffing compound or some type of a brownish paste on the fender. I asked the driver about it and he told me someone must have brushed up against the truck that was dirty. It was not dirt. After I returned home from family events I examined the truck better. There was plastic, tape, used tape rools, razor blades and my old tire that was replaced in the bed of the truck. I guess the guy who washes the truck doesn't worry about the trash. I looked inside the cab. My tire iron was tossed behind the seat and all my personal items in the door was thrown across the passanger seat. Keri was not sure why the tire iron was out of place and she told me they had to take the door apart to blend the paint. I didn't expect my items to be put back in the door, but placed in a box would have been better than throwing them on the seat. On the outside their was pinkish marks on the truck noting prior damange. Behind the drivers door and my rear bumper. They were not removed. The one behind the drivers door had overspray on it and could not be washed off. The truck was given back to remove those marks. I asked about any mechanical issues as I heard a "clunk" while turning once and a while. The truck was never driven for mechanical issues. The items were taken care of, but my experience is far from stellar.

AMM did a fantastic job on my vehicle . It looks brand new! They kept me informed of their progress and even finished a couple of days earlier than promised ! I highly recommend AMM!!
