I realize that I didn't totally understand that the repair would be more than two days. Consequently, I had to rush you in order to get my mother to the hospital. Also,as a result, the minor scratches and the scratched door handle were not painted.

The repair was done within 24 hrs; that was impressive and I am forever thankful. However, the very bottom part of the side impacted still showed white scratches (rubber bumper and on one of the lights). Perhaps was overlooked, not able to be worked on because of its location or was simply not included in the estimate. Unfortunately, it was near closing time when I was contacted to pick up the vehicle and I did not notice it until I got home.

I was under the impression that the entire hood was going to get buffed out not just the area in question. There are still swirl marks everywhere on the hood minus the area treated. Now ill have to take to someone else to buff remainder of the hood when it could of been done at the time the other part was done, causing additional out of pocket money
