I really appreciate everything the whole team done for me. Cari had a rental car waiting for me so I didn't have to wait there with my little one. Jestin gave me a call to let me know they'd be starting my repairs and should be done within a week. Larry gave me daily updates on my vehicle, it was done a day early and to top it off they detailed it for me after repairing it. You don't find good service like that these days. Two thumbs up guys!!!!

What a great experience to HAVE to have a car repaired! Not only was our car repaired beautifully, repaired in a very timely manner, insurance taken care of by Car Craft Auto Body...(we just paid our deductible, received our keys & left) but they washed our car and cleaned the interior, which needed it...lol! Car Craft also did a simple fix on a "non accident injured" part on our car for us free of charge too! Our 2006 Blazer shined like a new car! We were so very impressed with everything about our experience! So to the person that backed into us while we were at the movies in El Reno and didn't leave a note or anything...we're not upset anymore. The blessing in the whole situation is our new friends at Car Craft Auto Body. Very very happy!
PS: (But be nice and leave a note next time. We would have.)
