I was upset to have been hit on the freeway to begin with, but the team at 1st Certified made me feel well taken care of and at ease in trusting them to take care of my vehicle. I was even offered water and coffee while I waited for my rental car pick up. I was informed of a 7 day window of when my car would possibly be ready, then when I was notified merely 4 days after I dropped off my car that they were finished, I was surprisingly shocked and so pleased. When I picked up my car. Not only did it look flawless, they took the time to detail my WHOLE vehicle and make me even that much more excited to get it back.They handled everything through my insurance company themselves and I didn't have to worry about anything. I am so glad that I got the referral from my friend and co-worker to go there. I will be sending anyone that may ve in need of any auto-body service directly to them. Thank you 1st Certified!!!! :)
