I was pleased with the over all looks of the truck but sadden to the fact the alignment was/is off .... Take your hands off the targeting wheel it immediately pulls to the right quickly && now upon driving the truck at night I have ONE (****) headlight the driver one that was replaced DOESNT work at all ... so I tried my brights && it works ?? But doesn't work with just the normal headlights on !! I was already told to come back Monday to look at the pulling issues so I guess I have to leave the truck parked now for the rest of the weekend since I can't drive it at night :/ that's a bummer BUT like previously stated I am very happy and pleased w the overall APPEARANCE of the truck .. Thank You Joe :)

First, the car was parked on a hill full of ice. I had to drive off this driveway with a car parked right at the bottom. To me this was not safe. I got the car back with a reminder on the bumper that I almost lost my life in the incident that happened at Westridge. Otherwise the service was fine. Please do something about parking cars on an icy driveway.

It took a very long time. When I got the car back, because the battery had been disconnected (I assume) during the repairs, my radio didn't work. It needed a coded input. That turned out to be difficult. I had to contact my Honda rep (David Barnett) to get the radio working again. Other than those two things, I'm very satisfied.
