Was 1st told vehicle would be ready by 09/06/13, then had go turn in rental provided by ins company since vehicle was not ready by 09/13/16. Had to request time off from work. Was told vehicle would be ready by 09/30/16 which did not happen. Has to request additional time off from work. Car was finally given to me on 10/12/16. Almost too months later.

I'm not happy with how the repair came out. They used all used parts and the bumper was not fully fixed the front right light is out of place. Also the hood where the damage was is weak and it looks like a fast sloppy job. I'm not happy with how my car was fixed my insurance paid them to do a good job and did not get that.i know it won't be perfect but they used junk yard parts. I will be putting a claim about this.
