Been to Jerry's several times and I've noticed customer service seems to be there focus but it seems more of a routine and forced. Example here's a card from the guys in the back and here's your popcorn. Delivery and intake process seems more like a big machine than customer friendly. The motto seems to be under promise and over deliver which is great but the customer shouldn't feel like the pawn in the middle most are looking for guidance and advice but here's your quote on a computer. Spit you up and chew you out and on to the next one. Oh and the relationship with enterprise is interesting do they get a cut on the profit for being the go to rental shop? Doubt I will take another vehicle to your shop based off of present and past experiences. I would prefer to spend my money at a local family shop.
