I really appreciated the updates throughout the maintenance process. I’m not able to carry my phone with me during school/clinicals, so it was nice to see the updates via text. I went through a lot of stress with the insured to get to the point where I could actually bring my car in for repair. I wasn’t expecting the rest to be so easy! I dropped my car off and drove away in my rental in no time! Lastly, my car looks like new, thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the repair of my car. The car is like new again and I requested the emblems be changed to silver, and they did a phenomenal job, they even got me the matching silver frame for my license plates. Thank you for a job well done! I do have a light on the dash that came on after the collision and it is still on, so I will call on Monday regarding that.
