Repair was good. Conflicts over my deductable were frustrating, especially so when the glitch was discovered a month ago and I had my agent call your store to straighten this out. Oddly, it took only minutes for your store to make calls and get the right info. Why this wasn't done before now so my wife didn't have to feel like everyone thought she was trying to pull something over on them, I don't know.
Otherwise all went good and work is excellent.

Rob and his staff on Rapid City were caring, helpful and fully fullfilled my expectations! I will spread the word to all my friends and relatives in our area! Thank You for making a difficult situation seem less painless. I had my car back in 9 days after having to fix 4000 worth of damage. They tried to use a recycled.window and it was too scrat hed to meet their standards and ordered a new one for me instead of making it work...and still met a proposed deadline for my car to be back for my trip I had planned.
