Team at Abra has done a great job on the veh; however, that is only ****/2 of the story. everyone has gone above and beyond their roles to make sure you are comfortable. They provide regular follow ups on the status of the veh. I was there and within minutes I was on my way with a rental for the duration. I would recommend Abra to everyone.

We kept getting calls saying our car was ready to pick up and when we finally went to go get it we find out the GPS is still not working and they didn’t even look at it. Then they said they thought it was not part of the accident is why they didn’t even bother to look at it when I clearly told them it was working just fine right before the accident and it was not working after the accident anymore. Very upset to keep getting calls that my car is ready when clearly it is NOT!
