Jake was really great with communicating with me personally about everything that was going with my car. And any snag he hit, if there were any, he let me know the steps they were taking to rectify it.

Your company was highly recommended by my insurance company, but as an individual I believe there is plenty of growth in the area of customer service. Mark my representative failed to follow through on 3 different occasions, and in the end didn't even strive to improve on my experience.
