Butch is great, have used this shop for years and will never use anyone else. They always do a great job & keep me updated as the work is progressing.

the emails were the most aggravating experience of this. either give me actual information about my car and the progress of the repair or dont send me an email at all. it was very aggravating to open an email expecting an update and be told that my car is happy to be in the shop. what stupidity? the car is in the shop because i was in an accident. while dealing with the personal injury , unplanned doctor visits , and insurance processes - the one thing that would be helpful is not to worry about the car repair or even better get regular updates with actual information so that i know the repairs are coming along well. I apprecoated the updates from bryan much better and the actual service. the email was a huge damper. abra is also now blocked on my email account and communication will now be deleted. thanks
