Everyone at ABRA was extremely helpful and got the job done really well! Customer service is the best one I've ever dealt with! Also when I had to come back for a different situation they made me feel welcome and took care of me right away and even went the extra step to make sure I was satisfied and stress free! Best best auto body shop I've been to!

The needed car part was not ordered in time to make sure it was there for my scheduled appointment. I was quoted that it would take two days for the service but because the piece was not there it took four business days. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait because it was not ready. I thought communication lacked from The company. On a positive note I was very pleased with my initial meeting regarding the estimate. They were prepared for me and the meeting did not take long at all. Also when I dropped off my vehicle for service I was pleasantly pleased that my rental car was waiting and ready to go.
