Everyone has been very pleasant on the phone; however when I was arranging to get the rental vehicle, the person stated he would pick me up Monday morning to take me to Fort Dodge, so I could pick up the rental. He didn't show up and never called me. I was expecting the rental to be able to get to work that day. I called and the office staff stated the person forgot because he had a busy weekend and his daughter was sick. It would've been helpful to have a phone call, so I could make arrangements for work sooner than 8 AM Monday. I was able to get a ride to pick up the vehicle when it was finished. When I drove it, I realized the right wheel is still rubbing on the wheel well when I turn all the way to the Left. I was able to speak to a representative on the phone this morning and plan to bring it in to get it repaired tomorrow. They have been very responsive to phone calls which has been helpful! The most difficult thing for me has been coordinating how to get it to Fort Dodge during their open hours while I work.

Shop manager an I have a disagreement. I feel car does not look right. He says it does. I thought customer always right. I find myself returning car after repairs to get things fixed a second or sometimes third time. They do eventually get it right. I do not care for the all around attitude I am getting in my car being done right. I felt I had a better relationship with. I was wrong.
