Communication between The shop and customer was excellent. Dropping off and picking up was efficient and thorough. Friendly customer service. Rental exchange at the dealership was very convenient. Workmanship look great, done in n a timely manner. My truck was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The staff was very friendly and professional, answered all of my questions and concern. Everyone that I encountered at Abra was pleasant and very helpful. The manager even drove me to the rental car lot so I wouldn’t have to wait for a shuttle. I mostly worked with Dan and he was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. After the repairs were finished Dan brought my truck to my office because I was unable to pick it up before they closed.
I received personal updates through the week about my truck. And I was surprised that the repairs were done as quickly as they were and done with great quality!
I have already referred my family and friends to Abra and wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else now! Very satisfied, great work, great customer service, great all around!
