The woman at the front desk, im sorry im horrible with names, is ALWAYS so helpful, kind, and polite. I do believe they care and want to do a good job. They give they customer the "your family" feel. I love them.

I had damage to both front and back doors. Front door was replaced with oem door, however the decision was made to repair the back door. I can easily tell the difference between replacement and repair. There is slight orange peel on black door in addition to not being as smooth as front door. I already had it repaired again, it got better but still there is slight ripple on the repaired door. Manager advised me that repaired panel will never look as good as oem replacement and to just accept that fact. Other than this, experience has been great, awesome communication and staff is friendly. Thanks.

I had a fantastic experience with Service King. Ally (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure that I had a full understanding of the process and provided above and beyond service. She responded to any questions I had and promptly followed up with phone calls. She even stayed a few minutes extra so that I could drop my car off after work. She coordinated with Progressive, AllState and Enterprise to make sure I received my rental. She also coordinated the extension of my rental after she informed me my repairs were taking longer than expected. If I ever need repairs or auto consultation, I’ll be going with Ally from Service King.
