Service King not only completed all repairs on the docket, they were so thorough and thoughtful as well. All details were tended to and checked for quality. Upon final inspection of my vehicle, they found one thing wrong and brought it to my attention. Though I was not able to pick up my vehicle as anticipated, they fixed the problem and even paid for the extra 3 days I would need to keep my rental car! That is service you don’t see anymore. Not many companies out there take pride in the quality of work or service they provide for others. It is refreshing to see honesty and quality in a service company again!!! Best, Stephanie P

They had my car for over a month. Every time they said it would be ready, It wasn’t. The staff was very nice; but, there were too many things that weren’t right. Some of the delays weren’t their fault; but I think some were.

The rear bumper protector was not installed when we arrived and when the part that was in the shop was installed it was the incorrect part. The clear protective film was also not installed on the rear bumper and had to be cut and installed while we waited. I specifically pointed out the protective film to Kevin when we dropped the car off. I would have thought a note to the size and placement of the film would have been added to the work order. Is the old bumper still on site for reference? We waited for nearly 30-45 minutes for Ron to do what he could. This was after we were told the car was ready.I look forward to talking with Kevin Bean first thing Monday morning, September 23rd on when the correct bumper protector and clear protective film will be ready for installation.
