My car was not done the day it was suppose to be, you did give a loaner car that day which helped. However when I picked up my car the next day both passenger door handles had a piece broke off, I called the office that same day and was told you still had the pieces and understood I was upset I was assured the owner would call me the next day and he still has not called me .

Fantastic job & great customer service! My only critique would be that you should tell people it will take longer to get car done. I knew it wouldn't be the three days like I was initially quoted but then, having the end date change another two times to 2 and ****/2 weeks total...it would have been easier if I'd been told, three weeks straight out the gate. But, as I said before, the work is stellar and I'm impressed by the grear job done by the fellow at the front desk.
