It is never a pleasant experience to have your car damaged, especially through no fault of your own. However, the Boulder Bump Shop came through in a big way. I have had body work done in many shops in the past. I don't recall ever having had to have the battery jumped from the shop wearing it down. To you guys it seemed commonplace. Is there no way to protect your customers batteries while work is being done? We are now getting a new battery. Maybe this would have happened anyway, but it sure seemed like this happens to your shop a lot, based on things that were said as you were trying to get the car started and I was late to a meeting!
