What felt like a complete violation of my trust, they invited a locksmith to unlock my Thule rack, rather than wait 3 hours for my husband to get there. They had two opportunities to tell me that the rack needed to be off for the repair (when I got the car appraised and when my husband dropped the car off for the repairs). I got a call Monday saying they needed me to come down and take the rack off (for a fender repair?! But okay..) and I said I was on vacation so there’s no rush and that my husband would be out of work in a couple hours and he will be down there. Next thing I know, my husband drives down there after work and the rack is off my car and they told him they got a locksmith. They did not have my permission to have someone I did not know break into my property. Poor decision, all they care about is that ticking clock - not the rights of their customers. Get em in and get em out, you’re just a dollar sign, not a customer.
