Interior light doesn't turn on when door opens. Plan to try again in daylight to find and just settings. Otherwise, you guys are great !

Did not appreciate getting in my car, turning on the radio and finding it tuned to a Adult talk station on Sirius radio. the program was called You **** and the woman was talking about a certain lower portion of the female anatomy.
I told the ladies in the front office, they looked completely appalled when I told them and were very apologetic. I appreciate their concern. This sort of thing should never happen!

My experience with Sunrise Collision was very pleasant starting with the receptionist. She was friendly and informative. They were willing to take in my jeep right away and she called me to follow up leaving messages on my voicemail while I was still unsure of what body shop to choose. When I arrived, she called the rental company to let them know I was there and before checking out, she called them back to make sure they were on their way. She knew that customers are in a hurry to get to work and the checkout was extremely simple. I think her name was Alex and the shop attendant was also informative and he insured to me that sticking to a part from the U.S. was the best way to go. They sent me emails with updates on a daily basis. They surpised me when they called and said my car was ready in two days when I prepared myself to be in a rental for at least a week. When I showed up to pick up my jeep, the receptionist was fast to check me out and was very courteous. The shop attendant took me out and I was very pleased with they work they did. Besides the fast work they did, the other thing that made me happy was the great wash job. Kudos to Sunrise Collision!
